All customers based in the UK must return their items within 28 days of the date shown on the packaging slip.
For all international customers, please return within 35 days of receiving your parcels.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES. (unless an error was made on our part - which must be reported to us within 4 days of receiving your order.)
The following must apply for an EXCHANGE:
• Items must be unworn (resalable).
• Items must be returned in their original packaging if applicable.
• If the item is faulty we will have a replacement sent.
[we are NOT responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds. refused packages will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund. customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped under these circumstances.]
We do not offer free returns postage; therefore all customers are liable for their own return postage costs (Royal Mail tracked or special delivery are advised) as we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Before you return your item(s) please complete our returns form, once complete send it with your package.
